Military personnel and DOD civilian personnel operating a motorcycle on any
military installation are required to complete the Basic Rider Course. (Basic Rider Course motorcycle training completion card is required to obtain base sticker).
There is a 10% active military Discount (military ID required). Military Basic Rider Course motorcycle training
for Patrick Air Force Base, NAS Jacksonville, Cape Kennedy.
All motorcycle, moped, motor scooter, dirt bike or ATV operators must attend a MDDC / MSF certified operator safety course. There is a Basic Riders Course (BRC) and an Experienced Riders Course (ERC).
The courses are offered on post or base, however, slots are filled on a first come, first served basis and are limited so riders
may have to wait several months for entry. It is the individual riders’ responsibility to ensure the course he takes is an MDDC / MSF approved curriculum taught by certified or licensed RiderCoaches with hands-on training.
Volusia Motorcycle Training is an approved MSF course.
If you are in the military or a DOD employee, visit Daytona Beach
for the weekend and return to base or post with your motorcycle
endorsement. |
